Here you can read about what’s happening in our club.

IK Sodra have had judo for disabled people in about 30 years. Today we have judokas that have practiced 
over 20 years! We have practice-sessions that are open for everyone. We have an international exchange 
with a lot of countries, England, Finland, Holland, Wales, Slovania, Germany.
